Teatret Gruppe 38
Hansel and Gretel
Tomorrow morning we will take the children into the forest,
where it is thickest.
We will give them each a piece of bread,
and then we´ll go to our work and leave the children behind.
They will not be able to find their way home alone,
and then we will be rid of them.
The wonderful thing about fairytales is that they are entertaining
as well as useful. They are incredible stories about
fighting against life’s difficulties, about distinguishing
between good and evil and about sorting out all those
confusing impressions that reality offers.
