Teater Blik

What If

A performance about balance, opportunities and consequences
for the 1-6 year olds and their adults.

Boards balancing, weights shifting. Balls rolling, elastics spanning, string and sticks.

An actress challenges space, the law of gravity and balance, so that a joyful thrill goes through the audience. She explores our ability to build up and break down, to dream, to play and to invent. The play is performed with no or very few Danish words.

Bodil Alling, artistic director and actor at Teatret Gruppe 38 says:

“I must highly recommend this performance. A wonderful mix of balance art, humor and beauty. Gertrud Exner challenges the law of gravity in a way, that makes you forget to breath – what you see simply does not seem to be possible. And then it succeeds in the most beautiful way. Enjoy it – adults and children.”

A beautiful performance, full of humor and life.
