When customers buy tickets / other items, sign up for our newsletters or order our program booklet, we store the information that the customer provides. This is common personal information such as name, address, email address and telephone number. This information is treated with confidentiality and your safety in mind.
Our ticket operator is Billetten A/S. Therefore, we share your data with BILETTEN A/S when you purchase tickets in order to administrate, store and manage your ticket purchases. If you sign up for our newsletters, we will also share your name and email address with MailChimp that we use as a service to manage newsletters.
GDPR – Info about the general data protection regulation
Teatret Gruppe 38 is subject to the EU’s new Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR).
We do not sell your data to other parties. However, we would like to be able to store your contact information (name, email address + possibly telephone number) in our database, so that we manage your ticket orders and so we can send you information regarding our activities.
We only collect the data that you provide in connection with ticket purchases/other purchases and sign ups for our newsletters, and we only use this data in our communication with you. We store your data securely in databases which can only be accessed by relevant employees using user identification and password.
If you do not want your data to appear in our database and do not want to receive news from us, just send an email to email@example.com and we will delete your information within three business days – outside of our holiday periods. During one of our holiday periods, we will delete your information within three business days after the end of the holiday period.
Data processing for ticket purchases, etc.
For ticket purchases / purchases of gift certificate, season pass or similar, we collect personal information. It is primarily information such as name, address, postal code, telephone and mobile number, e-mail, etc.
The personal information we collect is used to identify you as a customer and to provide the services you have purchased from us. The information is used primarily for general customer administration, including for example sending invoices, tickets, reminder e-mails / SMS and in case of cancellation.
Your information is not sold or shared with / to a third party.
Information is stored in our IT system and processed through our ticket operator BILLETTEN A/S with whom we have a data processing agreement.
You may at any time request to be informed of how we use / store your personal data and you have the right to have personal data about yourself deleted (see section GDPR further up). If you have your own user profile in our ticketing system, you can also log in to your customer profile and delete or edit the information yourself.

Data processing for newsletters
When you sign up for our newsletters, we store your name and email address, as well as the information you sign up for yourself via MailChimp.
We use this data to communicate and market relevant offers and news to you through our newsletter system and through other platforms. We only use this data to market products and activities related to Teatret Gruppe 38.
If you want to unsubscribe, you can always do so via the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of all newsletters. You can contact us directly too.

If you want to be completely deleted from our IT system and Mailchimp, you can always contact us. eg by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Then we delete your information within three business days – outside of our vacation periods. If you write to us during one of our holiday periods, we will delete your information within three business days after the end of the holiday period.
In the event of any significant changes in how we handle your personal information, we will notify you.
